When you used properly according to the instructions and the video, you should get excellent results.
One word of advice, leave the silver tab on the string for the first several times and use that to make the connection behind the scope when setting up.

Your hooking system sucks the round rod will bend. And then it is useless. My 3 Grandsons (20s) and my Son(45) and I shot alot over Labor day weekend. And this rod bent after a few shots. Other systems that I see are a one peice molded system. I am 64 yrs old and disabled but it is still embarrassing to have to have them cock My bow. If you are going to build something that will bend then you should have replacement part available. I can't find them anywhere on the internet. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. Very poor design.
