Regular Return Policy

To qualify for return, merchandise must be in 100% new condition with original packaging/cartons to qualify for a refund. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 8 days of receipt. Written authorization with an RA# is required for returns to be accepted. RMA Authorization is required for any return to be accepted, for any reason. RMA number should be clearly and legibly printed on the top or side of the return packaging (i.e. RMA #123456).

Return Policy for Xlites Purchased through the Custom Bow Builder on our website

If you purchase an Xlite through the Xpedition Custom Bow Builder online store you qualify for a 14-day guaranteed satisfaction or get your money back.

If unsatisfied within 14 days of receipt of the bow, return the Xlite in the original condition and box. Simply call or email customer service for an RMA number to use on the shipping label when returning. Consumers will be required to cover the cost of shipping and any credit card fee charged as part of the order by the credit card company or Shopify.
