How do I get mods for my bow?

Contact your local dealer.

How can I get new limbs for my bow?

Limbs should be purchased only from an authorized dealer. Installation by an end user will void the warranty. They can be replaced at the factory for $250 plus shipping.

How can I get new strings and/or cables for my bow?

Local dealer, direct from a string manufacturer, or we will provide string specs to any custom string maker

What is the bow made of?

Risers are 6061-T6 aluminum, and limbs are Gordon Glass.

What about the short draw guys who want to shoot the Perfexion?

There is no current option to accommodate shooters less than 27.5” draw lengths for the Perfexion.

How do I get a replacement rubber string stop?

See your local dealer, aftermarket replacement or contact us directly and we will sell you one.

I’ve tried calling Xpedition HQ, but no one answered what do I do?

Be sure to leave a message with details as to what you need or the nature of your call. Most calls are returned within 24 hours. Leaving as much detail in your voicemail will aid in helping resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Can you sponsor me?

Xpedition utilizes the dealer base to establish the field staff participants, this helps us drive the interest to a retail location. Contact your local Xpedition dealer for options/availability.

Why do the risers look so much like Obsession’s risers?

While they may appear similar due to designer influence, rest assured that the level of manufacturing expertise and Quality Control that Xpedition utilizes , as well as the fact that we manufacture all machined parts in house allows us to provide a superior level of quality. The similarities are purely cosmetic.

Is my DL going to run shorter or longer than usual on Xpedition bows?

You will normally shoot with a half inch longer setting on an Xpedition bow

Can I order Xpedition bows online?

Xpedition does not allow Online sales of new or current product.

I live outside of the United States. How can I get my hands on a bow?

Can I order a bow directly from the factory?

In general , the answer is no. We will do our best to put you in contact with a dealer in the closest proximity to you or work with the pro shop of your choice.

What is the warranty on the bows?

Xpedition Archery bows carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner and requires Registration to be considered valid.

Is the string covered under the warranty (or any of the accessories)?

Strings and Camo/Colored finishes are considered wear parts. They are also manufactured by an outside vendor and thus not covered under warranty.

Why no kids bow? Why no recurves? Why no bow fishing rigs? Etc.

Xpedition chooses to maintain focus on developing and bringing to market premium products for the discerning consumer. The offerings that we would bring to many of those categories would not justify our market penetration due to the retail cost of the products and subsequent lower volumes than competitive offerings.

What is the typical delivery time for standard bows?

Our goal is no longer than 10-14 days from the date of the order was received from the dealer. Many times it is closer to 7 days.

What is the typical delivery time for custom bows?

We no longer offer truly custom bows. Our special Order finishes will generally have a 4-6 week lead time. Custom finishes will void the warranty and are only available as an aftermarket option.

If I have 65-pound limbs, what’s the lightest poundage I can go down and/or up on the limbs?

Xpedition bows can be turned down no more than 4 full turns. This will generally allow about 8 pounds of draw weight adjustment.

I’m having issues with my bow but I bought it used from a private individual… what do I do?

Contact your local Xpedition dealer first. If unavailable, we will provide the services for a fee.
